How to improve cnn accuracy

Hello everyone. Can someone help me with increasing the cnn accuracy. i have modified the regularization, validation frequency values but still could not get increase in validation accuracy. Additionally smoothed accuracy increases upto 95 percent but validation accuracy is only 77 percentage. Can someone guide to improve the validatin accuracy also.
