How to make a distorted image according the camera parameters

How to make a distorted image according the camera parameters(RadialDiatortion and TangentDistortion parameyers ) and a given undistorted image. The size of the two images keep the same. Like the upper image to the lower image. I don't know how to write the code. The code I writed is very slow because the coordinate of the lower image is non-inter. The inerpolation should be usd. Thanks.
