Intersection of data Points

I have the following plot and would like to save the points at which the horizontal line crosses the gaussian line. The horizontal line is made of a matrix and the gaussian line is made up of a matrix. Both of the same size.

I tried to use "intersect()" however it spit back an empty matrix. Both matricies are [116 x 1024].
