please tell how to find 4 connectivity for this matrix

L = bwlabeln(Matrix)
[L, NUM] = bwlabeln(Matrix)
[L, NUM] = bwlabeln(Matrix, conn)
L, containing labels for the connected components in Matix NUM the number of connected value found in Matrix.
Example:
[L, NUM] = bwlabeln(Matrix,4)
