Where to find Concurrent Execution Window: Main Pane?

Where can I find the Concurrent Execution Window: Main Pane in simulink?

Apparently this handles the rate transition for data transfer automatically. According to this:

I want to do this because it seems that it would get rid of this problem that I have with my simulink code:

'ADC_PWM_6/ADC-PWM Subsystem' cannot be defined to be a periodic function-call block because it has an asynchronous rate.

The concurrent execution pane is for assisting in modeling distributed systems in Simulink. I do not think that this is what you are modeling. You should be looking into function-call periodic and asynchronous rates and understand why your model is switching or operation on both these rates. A good place to start would be this blog post.
