the exact difference between UFMC and F-OFDM

i am trying to understand the exact difference between UFMC and f-OFDM but i can't obtain any satisfied answer for my request in some paper i find that in f-OFDM the filtering is applied for the whole bandwidth, in contrast of UFMC where the filtering is applied of subbands and in other papers i found that the f-OFDM subdivide the whole band into some subbabd and the filtering is applied on each subbands ...i need an official information about the exact definition or the exact difference between these two techniques because i am very confused
