Importing to matlab a set of data with the same structure across multiple sheets

Normally, I don't post such questions since I clean the data in excel first before importing to matlab. However, I have many files reporting data for each state in the US on a separate sheet. I hope matlab codes can save a huge time investment to organize it first before importing to matlab.

I am attaching a file where the SizexState excel file has the same structure of data for each state in the US on a separate sheet. How can import the data of multiple sheets to generate one set of data similar to the output excel file(attached) where two new columns are introduced : one for year and one for state (where the input of the state column=name of the sheet) and the rest of data is the full content of the different sheets. I hope it is not an impossible task but it will really save a month of work.
