I have my intrinsic parameters, what would be the next step towards a 3D reconstruction of an image?

I have my intrinsic parameters through the single camera calibrator app and I eventually hope to essentially take 2 images of one object and 3D print a ‘clone’ through image reconstruction and conversion into an stl file.

I am an absolute novice at using MatLab so try and make the answer as comprehensive and ‘dumbed down’ as possible please.
