I am currently trying out the wcoherence function to determine the amplitude ratio of two sinusoids. I have tried to return the wcs (wavelet cross spectrum) array, but it seems to return 1 even when I am sure the sinusoids are of different amplitude. I will appreciate any advice or direction on this. Thanks.
