Hello, I know it is a silly question, but I just don't know where to enable it in the options. Its right next to undo, I know where it is, but it is always grayed out. Do I have to change something? I have R2015a and undo works just fine. Shortcuts also dont work for redo.
Thank you.

That's all you need. I just tried it. Now you need to call the tech support line at the Mathworks.

The redo button is on the top right hand corner in the light blue bar to the left of "Search Documentation" (See attached). The redo arrow that is greyed out is in the Editor bar, mine is greyed out too.

It will be grayed out unless you are in an editor window (not some other panel, the editor window is the one that needs focus), AND you have made some change to the code since the editor window was opened.
