Hi, for which materials do you need it for? in order to use the cole-cole formula you need to know the fitting parameters first.

I am using it for the bone. I know the fitting material and calculated the cole-cole answer.
great. so the result you've calculated should be a complex number.
this complex number is the relative complex permittivity, often denoted as er = er' -j*er'';
er' = Re{cole-cole answer} is exactly the relative permittivity.
er'' = -Im{cole-cole answer} is the lossy part of the permittivity.
The loss tangent for example will be er''/er'
sigma = conductivity = w*(er'')*e0
where w is over the range of angular frequencies you made the cole cole calculation, and e0 is the familiar 8.85e-12
Hi #RNTL,
I am using ColeCole equation to fit dielectric data of a material. But the measured data was not fitted with theory. Can you send me your the code matlab?
