square law detectors (CCD/CMOS)

I have a microscopic-interferometry setup and I am recording the output light pattern on a CCD detector, as these sensors only record the intensity value which is the product of the complex field times the conjugate of the complex field, I would like to know how to decouple the complex field information from the intensity.
