How to get the face coordinates in a model in the PDE Toolbox?

In a PDE model we conduct a change of the initial geometry of a PDE model. The latter also changes the number of the faces of the boundary of this geomtery and we need to dispose of at least one point from each face. We are unable to access the points of the faces of the geometry since model.Geometry contains only the variable model.Geometry.NumFaces. We use a parabolic PDE function parabolic(u0,tlist,model,c,a,f,d) with von Neumann boundary conditions.
