How to remove unwanted peak in power spectrum

For fault analysis I am applying power spectrum analysis. In that I found initially shaft frequency and its harmonics. After that I am getting defect frequencies and its harmonics. But within defect frequencies and its harmonics there are some unwanted peaks found which I want to remove. Help me how can I remove those peaks. I tried for using filter but I results are not pretty good. Let me know if there is another way to remove it. Or if it can be done by filter only then please guide. My shaft freq found to be on 33.28 and its harmonic 66.56, 99.84. I want to remove peaks between 99.85 to 199 and same for further.
