How to crop only face from exact boundaries from image,having arbitrary background but different from face.

I want to write matlab code which can crop only face from given image.I have applied face detection however it gives only square passing through face,It does not give exact boundaries.I have applied boundary detection but don't know what to do next.My sample image input and output as below:
