The initial matrix is I=[3 2; 7 7] Considering a window central weighted in 3, determine the matrix obtained after the weighted filtering with the window you considered.

So, I did this problem on an odd matrix but I don't know how to do it on an even matrix because I don't know how to consider the center of the even matrix.PLS help
