how can I apply reset solver on Simulink model?

I have a model that uses Matlab level 1 S-Function. I need reset the solver to create a continuous signal but I dont know how can I apply it. as you can see in my out put I have just one fluctuations for my output (Yellow) but I need an output that has interaction with the input (Blue) during run time. do you know how can I do it?
