Problem with DAQ toolbox

Hi, I'm used Matlab R2010b. my problem is the DAQ toolbox cannot detect my hardware, I'm used Advantech PCI 1710. The error is

??? Error using ==> daqhwinfo at 115 Failure to open requested data acquisition device: advantech. The specified module could not be found.

but when I try used RTWT in simulink its working OK.
