USBTMC and Data Acquisition

Hi,

I have a Rigol DS1102E oscilloscope supporting usbtmc protocol. When I fire up Instrument Control Toolbox, it see my hardware under Hardware/USB menu and Instrument Objects/Interface Object as VISA module. But when I try to connect the device it timeouts. I want to make real time data acquisition over USBTMC protocol and it should be doable. I would appreciate guidance from experienced users.

hi, i think by now u might have got the answer, anyhow, here is what i think will work:

in 'tmtool' go to configure tab and try to increase the 'TIMEOUT' stuff to greater than 100, it should work now
