DATAQ 158U in Matlab

I am trying to pull in data via a DATAQ 158U. I want to be able to take a short sample from 2 of the channels and then process that data to make an instrument control decision. I have installed the adaptor and driver but still have been unsuccessful. Is there a simple way to pull analog data in from this device?
