How could I make a paired repeated measurements anova of two groups, seven time points and 300 results in each time point and group?

Hi, I have 2 groups, 7 time points collected 300 results. I would like to know how to make an statistics, like two way anova, for all results to know which one is different and dependent by time and/or group. Also, if it is not possible, how could I make it for each group in separate. I would not like to perform 300 two way anova... Best regards! Paulo.
