Unfortunately Mathworks Sales does not read this resource, and the people who answer questions here are volunteers, very few of whom have access to the license database.
You will need to contact Mathworks Sales. They will issue a refund for the toolbox.
I do not know the operating hours for Mathworks Sales, but I doubt any of them are working on the weekend. It will probably be some time on Monday before anyone can issue the refund.
