Why was the simulated concentration curve not a smooth curve？

I used my model to do the simulation, why the curve was not a smooth curve? It shows a jagged shape near Cmax.

it is hard to tell what is going on without the full model, are you able to share the SimBiology project? If you have data in the project you do not feel comfortable sharing, a mat file with the model, doses, and variants used for simulation would help, too.
