I am not getting trial version after constantly applying for 3 days. why ?

i have been trying to request for a trial version of matlab. they are asking me for email id after being provided with necessary info m still not getting it.

Same happened here (well I got no response ever). Possibly because I provided a gmail address for the trial request. Possibly giving them a business email address.

I ended up buying the home version as I needed to get started.

Call them on the phone. Don't let them hang up until you get the email. Be assertive. Repeat: Don't let them hang up until you get the email. Tell them you're willing to stay on the telephone line for as long as it takes.
