Matlab2021a update6更新时​遇到错误，无法启动m​atlab

更新Matlab2021a到update6时遇到错误，目前无法启动matlab。尝试安装离线更新，但是无法下载到离线安装包。

打算重新安装，卸载时又遇到错误： \MATLAB\R2021a\help\simulink\helpsearch\segments_u (系统找不到指定的文件。)

请问该怎么办？谢谢~~
