Hi Rasika,

Are you using the Fuzzy Logic Controller Simulink block with SimEvents? (<http://www.mathworks.com/products/fuzzy-logic/index.html)>. My first thought was to implement the Fuzzy Logic with that block, model the traffic with SimEvents, use the statistics ports to deliver information to the Fuzzy Logic Controller block, etc. Is this the approach you are taking?
