Why do I get this error subscript indices must either be real positive integers or logicals?

I'm trying to plot this function, but I get the error "Subscript indices must either be real positive integers or logicals". Could you please help me. The Code the im trying to plot is this one:

sg0=100;% Zero stress

E=2900;% young's modulus of PP

n=1000; % kinematic viscocity N/mm

t=(0:10);

e=sg0*(1-exp(-(t*E)/n));

plot(t,e(t));
