SVPWM and SPWM results dont make sense even if I have everything theoretically correct

I am trying to simulate grid connection of a PMSG, wind turbine application. I am currently trying to simulate the generator side converter upto the DC bus (not worried about the grid side converter yet). The schematic in simulink solves but does not give sensible results. I have tried SVPWM and SPWM, could not get either to work. I have simulated different parts of the projects independently to find the problem, it works fine, but all put together, the results dont make sense.
