Export a matrix to the tif format without rescaling

I would like to know how to export a matrix to the tif format without rescaling, conserving the same values of the matrix without changes. I have a matrix with values ranging from -9999 to 10000.

I assume there is no solution for this problem, it's a pity that matlab can not give a satisfactory answer to such an easy problem.
