matlab coder 2.0

will matlab coder downloaded seperately work with matlab 2009?

if yes suggest any link from where i can get matlab coder for matlab to c conversion.

No, it will not work. MATLAB Coder is a new toolkit that just became available with R2011A. It is not backwards compatible with R2009.

MATLAB Coder is only available from Mathworks, and requires MATLAB R2011A (full version, not Student Version). It is one of Mathwork's more expensive products. Short-term free trials may be available to qualified purchasers; I do not know how Mathworks judges qualifications.
