a problem in R2013a for Mac OS X10.9.1

while I try to install Matlab R2013a ,I just reached to this window <file:///Applications/matlab_R2013a_student_maci64_installer/help/install/csh/typ_cust.html>

and when I chose either option I find message that shows this (( There are no products available to install from this location. You may need to download the appropriate products from our web-site (www.mathworks.com). ))

what is the solution , it drives me crazy this program .
