spectral analysis x-axis log(frequency), y axis power*freq,

Hi Everybody..

I am new to Matlab and I am Oceanographic Student..

I want to analyse the Oceanographic parameters for that I am using Matlab.

And to see how parameters are changing with in the season(like oscillations ) using Spectrum analysis.

I want the output as in attached pictures can anybody help me out..

It would be great appreciation for help.
