Description

Select this option to enable serial communication module on Arduino® SAM D21 processor board to operate in universal synchronous/asynchronous receiver/transmitter (USART) mode

  • on — Enable SERCOM module to function as USART for serial data transmission and reception.

  • off — Disable SERCOM module to function as USART for serial data transmission and reception.

Dependencies

To enable this parameter, set Hardware board to any one of the following boards:

  • Arduino MKR 1000

  • Arduino MKR Wi-Fi® 1010

  • Arduino MKR Zero

  • Arduino Nano 33 IoT
