Description

Displays the device packaging type for the selected hardware.

Dependencies

The Package type parameter value options depend on the choice of Device Series and Board parameter values.

Settings

BGA (default)

The default package type parameter value for Infineon AURIX TC4x microcontrollers is BGA.

The default package type parameter value for Infineon AURIX TC3x microcontrollers is TQFP. The available options depend on choice of Device Series and Board parameter values. You can select one of these device series:

  • TQFP

  • LFBGA

  • BGA
