Calculate the ROC area of a binary model.

These programs calculate the sensitivity, specitivity, and the area under the ROC curve.

This set of utilities is part of SCOPE (SEER clinical outcome prediction expert). These programs compute the ROC area that SCOPE uses to optimize risk models. Excel is assumed on a Window machine for these to work. These programs interactively ask for the observed and fitted outcome columns for the computation. Note when the outcome is binary, ROC area = sensitivity*(1-specificity) is particularly useful.
