When I try to start the Network License Manager, I get an error reading "No such file or directory". How do I resolve this?

When the message "No such file or directory" appears when launching the Network License Manager, it may be due to the missing (or incomplete) package lsb. This package is required for the network license manager. Install lsb on your computer if you haven't already.
