Is it possible to share content directly via Matlab online with a Campus license?

Our university has a campus wide license. We want to share a set of live scripts via Matlabonline to all interested students. Is there a elegant direct way via Matlabonline or is this procedure:

-We upload the file.

-The students download the file and upload them to Matlab online.

the only solution?

We prefer a solution like this:

- We create a course room.

- The students register to the course room.

- Whenever we upload a file to the course room, the registered students see it directly.

Does anyone has experience with this problem?
