Multiplex a Truthtable

Dear Sir or Madam,

I currently desing a power elektronic for my SWR-Motor with Matlab/Simulink. Therefore I use 3 equal truthtables (Logic and Bit Operations/Combinatorial Logic Block) for the 3 motor phases. The truthtables generate my switching signals. The designed model works quite well. Q: How is it possible to use just one truthtable instead of 3 separate? I don't like to have one big truthtable I just want to have one table multiplexed. Thank you for all your support.

Add two more bits of input that select which of the three phases you are in.
