I can't get a license though I have paid

I have baught MATLAB for Student. But I haven't received a license number yet. What's wrong? I don't see any orders in my personal account in spite of the fact than you have taken my money for the license. So please give my a license number or get my money back.

Please check your spam folder to determine if the email from MathWorks with your installation instructions has been caught there. If not, please contact Customer Service using the telephone icon in the upper-right corner of this page and they can determine why you haven't received the installation instructions and information yet.

I have checked my spam folder a lot of times. I called to the Russian Contact Service and they answered me that they worked only with organizations. I can't use another Contact Service, and which of them should I use? This is the first situation in my life. I couldn't imagine that I faced with negligence in MathWorks. I am disappointed.
