Suggest that you to ask a technical question in a new thread.

You need to at least provide the codes for the mathematical structures of the following:

1. The system being controlled
2. The PID controller
3. The fractional parts

Since your problem is about automatic tuning by the PSO algorithm, then you need to specify the performance criteria that are acceptable to you.

For example, the bare minimum criterion is stability. In other words, the PSO must guarantee that the tuned control parameters in FOPID will stabilize the system, no matter how bad the performance is.
