I would need too write some code in Arduino IDE for school and for another project i have to develope a programm with Matlab Simulink. For this i have installed the support packages called Simulink Support Packages for Arduino Hardware. I can use this package, but if I want to use IDE for the other projects and try to install libraries i get an error message:
CRC doesn't match, file is corrupted. It may be a temporary problem, please retry later.
While I haven't Matlab installed i could install the same library. Is it possible to use both or do I have to uninstall Matlab everytime I need to code with Arduino IDE?
Thank you in advance.

I understand that you are not able to use Arduino IDE after installing simulink support packages.
I do not think you need to bring any changes or uninstall MATLAB to use Arduino IDE. Whenever a new code is burnt into the arduino, the arduino erases its previous memory.
You may erase the memory manually and then try using arduino IDE. You can try to reset the arduino by pushing the reset button before dumping the code from the Arduino IDE. You can also stop or restart the hardware. Here's the documentation for the same. https://in.mathworks.com/help/supportpkg/arduino/ug/stop-or-restart-a-model-on-the-arduino-hardware.html
You may also check the board manager in the Arduino IDE that correct version of Ardiono IDE is installed or can it be updated. Refer to the MATLAB answer link below. It clearly says that uninstalling or erasing of previos dumped codes is not required to dump a new code into the hardware.
