Calculating storage required to store any certain array(nxn) in the .Mat file ?

I have a matlab .mat file which contains arrays stored from a simulation. Total size of .Mat file is 318 MB, I want to estimate how how much storage space any specific array in the Data is taking? How can I do this?

whos -file matlab.mat
