hi, i'm doing coding to calculate sickle cell of blood. i have try this one but it's seems the result keep change, not accurate

Why should the result change on this image. If all the parameters are the same and the code doesn't change, then it should give the same results over and over again. In fact when I run it, it gives the same results every time.

I run the code for 10 times and got the same results.

The window figure is ovelaped as per your code, which uses 10 figures command.

thank you for answering my question. yeah true. Actually when i first run the code, the answer is different which is it's shows the correct answer. i don't know if there are something missing, but after long time since i last open the MATLAB, when i run the code again, i got different answer.

or anyone can help me improve the code to detect the cells more accurate
