How to transfer datas of matlab generated plots to ORIGIN?

I am trying to regenerate my matlab plots in ORIGIN for better quality. But the first thing I am facing problem with is how to transfer the plot data from matlab to there. In tutorial there are suggestions to import files into origin as .mat/.csv forms. Here in matlab, I have (lets assume) generated plots in loop , output is like (x,y1,y2,y3 .....).I have tried copying matrices from workspace directly into origin but thats time consuming. Can someone explain how can I save all datas in single .mat/.csv with code? Basically, I want to know the easiest and efficient way to save/make my plot datas importable ready for ORIGIN.
