Deactivate pixhawk magnetometer and use the magnetometer from a external ublox GPS module

Hi,

I am running a simulink model targetting pixhawk.

I am actually finding a way to read the magnetometer readings from a external module rather than the one inside the pixhawk, for my roll,pitch,yaw angles.
