Whenever I trie to compile the same error occurs

@Matheus: Please post more details. What does "whenever I try to compile" mean explicitely? How do you try to do this? Why did you install Matlab in "D:\Matlab" and not in the standard program folder? What does "same goes to ..." mean? Installing MinGW in a non-standard directory might cause troubles. What exactly does "try to compile the Simulink" mean? What is "use fsutil.exe for short names"?
The readers cannot guess the details.

Have you checked that the current directory MATLAB is working on is correct?
You can try copying your simulink model into a different folder (make sure that the path to the file does not contain any spaces) and compiling it from there.
