Deep Network Designer is missing

Hi

I have MATLAB2018b with Deep Learning app, both on my laptop and on my PC

on my laptop, I have the "Deep Network Designer" available

But this app is not available on my PC

any ideas why?

What shows up if you try

which -all deepNetworkDesigner

'deepNetworkDesigner' not found

but i have installed the Machine Learning and Deep Learning app. for example, I can see and use Neural Net Clustering app

"Deep Network Designer" is not something that needs to be specifically installed. It is not something from the Add-On Explorer or File Exchange. It is part of the Deep Learning Toolbox (R2018b); it was new in that release.
