how can I get data from a excell table that varies each 2 seconds?

I have a table, that extracts data from a web page, and I whant to use that data in matlab. How can I use that data in real time? I've triend just importing the data, and it only shows the first time data (when I import), but it does not continue getting the new data ... how can a tell matlab, to keep on getting data from that table?
