Simscape Driveline not in the student license of MATLAB2018a?

I installed R2018a from the university headcount. It doesn't include Simscape Driveline. What to do?

I am also using an university headcount and have the same problem. I need the simscape driveline library to complete my simulation. Is there a way to add simscape driveline to my license?

Looks like some universities assume the product being related to the automotive industry, but forgot about joint research with industry.
