Can't install R2017b on mac os 10.13.2, shows popup "file is damaged and can't be opened"

I am trying to install licensed version of R2017b on mac os 10.13.2. I have tried almost all solution present on site.

Did you try to download the file again? Did you run the installer or do you try to open the ZIP files manually - the latter is intended to fail. Please post more details.
